Around 6 is a studio album by Canadian trumpeter and composer Kenny Wheeler, released in 1980. The music is contemporary jazz characterised by lyrical trumpet and flugelhorn lines, open, spacious ensemble textures and elements of free improvisation, representing a further development in Wheeler's harmonic approach and his role within the European modern jazz scene.
