Kullervo is a large-scale symphonic work by Finnish composer Jean Sibelius, completed and first performed in 1892. Scored for orchestra, male chorus and soloists across five movements, it draws on the Kalevala and blends Romantic orchestration with dramatic choral writing, marking an early monumental statement that helped establish Sibelius's reputation and foreshadowed his later symphonic development.

First released: February 2001
