Synthesizer by ARP Instruments
A semi-modular analog synthesizer with hardwired signal paths that could be overridden with patch cords. One of the most versatile and popular synthesizers of the 1970s, used extensively by Stevie Wonder, Edgar Winter, Joe Zawinul, and many others. Its distinctive sound was used to create the voice of R2-D2 in Star Wars.
