The Observatory
The Observatory are a Singaporean experimental rock band formed in 2001, emerging from the city's independent music scene and drawing on art rock, post-rock and electronic influences. Their work blends guitars, synthesiser textures and free improvisation, evolving from indie-rock structures toward more electro-acoustic, avant-garde and multimedia-oriented projects that intersect with Singapore's contemporary art and film communities.
