Absolute Ensemble

Absolute Ensemble are an ensemble formed in New York in the early 1990s that combine elements of jazz, classical chamber music and world music. They mix composed orchestral arrangements with improvisation and influences from tango, folk and electronic music, evolving through collaborations with artists from diverse musical backgrounds and performing repertoire that sits between concert-hall and club contexts.
