Klaus Mäkelä

Klaus Mäkelä is a Finnish conductor and cellist from Helsinki who began his professional career in the 2010s after studying at the Sibelius Academy and performing both as a solo cellist and as a conductor. He has developed a repertoire spanning classical, Romantic and contemporary works, combining regular recordings and guest-conducting engagements with leadership roles at major European orchestras.
