Mivos Quartet

Mivos Quartet is an American string quartet formed in New York City in 2005 that specialises in contemporary classical music and new-music performance. They focus on commissioning and premiering works by living composers and have developed a repertoire spanning experimental, minimalist and cross-genre projects that emphasise extended techniques and collaboration with artists from other disciplines.
