Guy Evans

Guy Evans is an English drummer and percussionist who began his career in Manchester in the late 1960s as a founding member of the progressive rock band Van der Graaf Generator. His playing, characterised by polyrhythms and dynamic textures, later incorporated electronic percussion and led to extensive collaborative and instrumental projects that traversed progressive rock, jazz and ambient music.
