Alex Machacek is an Austrian guitarist and composer who began his career in the 1990s, working primarily in jazz fusion and progressive rock contexts. His work combines complex rhythmic approaches, extended improvisation and electric guitar techniques with elements drawn from jazz, rock and metal, evolving through solo releases and collaborative projects within contemporary fusion circles.
