Torbjörn Zetterberg

Torbjörn Zetterberg is a Swedish jazz double bassist and composer who emerged from the Swedish jazz scene in the late 1990s, working primarily in contemporary and improvised jazz. His musical style blends lyrical upright-bass playing with elements of free improvisation, folk motifs and spiritual jazz, and his work has moved between acoustic trio settings and more experimental, chamber-like ensembles within the Scandinavian jazz milieu.
