Hans Hopf

Hans Hopf was a German operatic tenor who began his professional career in the 1940s and performed widely in opera houses across Germany and Europe. Specialising in heldentenor and other dramatic repertoire, he was particularly associated with roles in operas by Richard Wagner and Richard Strauss and featured in the post-war development of German opera.
