Chor der Staatsoper München is the resident chorus of the Bavarian State Opera in Munich, formed as part of that company's long-standing operatic institution and specialising in operatic and large-scale choral repertoire. The choir's work encompasses operatic productions, oratorio and contemporary choral commissions, performing a broad stylistic range and participating in premieres, concert cycles and festival engagements that form part of Munich's operatic and cultural scene.
