František Xaver Dušek

František Xaver Dušek was a Bohemian composer and keyboard player active in the late 18th century, based principally in Prague where he worked as a composer, performer and teacher. His output includes classical-era keyboard works, chamber pieces and sacred music, and he contributed to Prague's musical life through teaching and hosting musical gatherings that supported local performance and exchange.
