Don Patterson

Don Patterson was an American jazz organist from Columbus, Ohio, who began his professional career in the late 1950s and became associated with soul jazz and hard bop. He blended bebop-influenced improvisation with blues and R&B rhythms, recorded extensively in the 1960s within the organ-trio tradition, and was active on the small-club and soul-jazz circuits of the era.
