Simone Plé-Caussade

Simone Plé-Caussade was a French composer and music educator active in the early to mid-20th century who worked within the classical tradition and held a teaching post at the Conservatoire de Paris. Her output included piano, organ, chamber and vocal pieces as well as pedagogical writings, and her teaching of counterpoint and fugue influenced successive generations of French conservatoire students.
