Jean-Christophe Benoît

Jean-Christophe Benoît was a French baritone who began his professional career in mid-20th-century France after formal musical training, specialising in opera, operetta and French song (mélodie). He performed with French opera houses and on the concert platform, championing French mélodie and contemporary works and later combined his performing career with pedagogical work at conservatoire level.
