Liza Lim

Liza Lim is an Australian composer from Perth who began her career in the 1990s within contemporary classical and experimental music scenes. Her work explores extended instrumental techniques, complex timbral and rhythmic structures and often draws on Asian musical traditions and ritual practices, spanning chamber, orchestral and operatic forms.
