Jean-Paul Fouchécourt

Jean-Paul Fouchécourt is a French operatic tenor from Auxerre who began his professional career in the 1980s and specialises in Baroque and early-music repertoire. With a light haute-contre timbre, his work emphasises Baroque opera and sacred music performed with period ensembles, and has included recording, teaching and advocacy of historically informed performance practice.
