Han de Vries

Han de Vries is a Dutch classical oboist who began his career in the 1960s and is associated with both modern symphonic and historical baroque repertoire. He has combined performances of baroque and contemporary works, contributed to historically informed performance practice for wind instruments, and worked as a teacher and proponent of expanding the oboe's modern repertoire.
