Peter Frohmader is a German electronic musician and composer from Munich who began releasing work in the late 1970s under his own name and the Nekropolis project, working across electronic, progressive rock and experimental music. His output is characterised by dark ambient and synthesiser-driven compositions that incorporate bass guitar, tape and studio experimentation, evolving from progressive-tinged electronic pieces into dense, atmospheric works that intersect with industrial and avant-garde scenes.
