Trio Mediæval
Trio Mediæval are a Norwegian vocal trio formed in 1997 that specialise in medieval and early music repertoire while also performing contemporary compositions. Their work uses close-harmony singing and modal textures to interpret plainsong and medieval polyphony alongside newly commissioned pieces, bridging early music performance practices with modern compositional approaches within a Nordic cultural context.
