Ketil Gutvik

Ketil Gutvik is a Norwegian jazz guitarist who emerged from the Oslo improvised-music scene in the 1990s and has worked primarily within jazz and free improvisation. His work blends free-improvisational approaches with post-bop and experimental textures, and his career has encompassed leading small groups, solo projects and collaborative improvisation that emphasise extended techniques and timbral exploration.
