Orquesta Estable del Teatro Colón is an Argentine resident orchestra based at the Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, established to provide musical accompaniment for the theatre's opera and ballet productions and to perform symphonic repertoire. Its repertoire spans opera, ballet and orchestral works from the classical canon to 20th- and 21st-century compositions, and it has formed a continuous part of Argentina's classical music life through staged productions, concert performances and premieres of contemporary works.
