Vermeer Quartet
The Vermeer Quartet were an American string quartet formed in the United States in 1969 that performed in the classical chamber music genre. Their repertoire included Classical and Romantic works and expanded to 20th-century and contemporary pieces, with the ensemble also involved in commissioning new works and undertaking teaching residencies to support chamber music education.
