Martin Küchen
Martin Küchen is a Swedish saxophonist and composer who emerged from the Scandinavian jazz and improvised-music scenes in the 1990s, working as a bandleader and collaborator in a range of small ensembles and projects. His work spans free jazz and avant-garde improvisation, characterised by exploratory saxophone techniques, extended forms that blur composition and improvisation, and engagement with the Nordic experimental music context.
