Jacky Terrasson

Jacky Terrasson is a French-American jazz pianist and composer born in Berlin and raised in Paris, who began his professional career after studying at the Berklee College of Music and performing in the American and European jazz scenes from the early 1990s. His style blends post-bop improvisation with lyrical, classically influenced phrasing and rhythmic inventiveness, encompassing standards, inventive reworkings of popular songs and original compositions while evolving through collaborations across transatlantic jazz contexts.
