Nils Mönkemeyer

Nils Mönkemeyer is a German classical violist and academic who began his professional career in the late 1990s, performing as a soloist and chamber musician within the classical tradition. His work spans baroque, classical and contemporary repertoire, and he has focussed on performing and recording transcriptions and new works that expand the solo and chamber repertoire for the viola within the German and international classical-music scene.
