Roy Wood

Roy Wood is an English singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Birmingham who began his career in the mid-1960s, forming and leading several rock and pop projects. Across the late 1960s and 1970s he blended rock, pop and glam rock with orchestral and brass arrangements and elaborate studio production, evolving from guitar-based group work to richly arranged recordings that incorporated pop, psychedelic and retro influences.
