Lowell Liebermann

Lowell Liebermann is an American composer and pianist born in New York City in 1961 who trained at the Juilliard School and began his professional composing career in the late 20th century within the contemporary classical tradition. His music blends neo‑Romantic harmony and modern techniques across solo, chamber, orchestral and operatic forms, emphasising lyrical melody and virtuosic piano writing that features in late 20th and early 21st‑century American classical repertoire.
