    Carlos Bonell is an English classical guitarist from London who began his professional career in the late 1960s and is associated with solo, chamber and concerto performances within classical and Spanish guitar repertoire. His musical work encompasses solo recitals, arrangements for guitar and orchestra, premieres of contemporary works and transcriptions of Spanish and Latin American pieces, and he has been active in teaching and in developing repertoire for guitar students.
