Barn Owl

Barn Owl are an American instrumental duo formed in the San Francisco Bay Area in the mid-2000s, making music that blends ambient, drone, shoegaze and psychedelic rock. Their work emphasises layered, guitar-based drones, sparse percussion and expansive textures, evolving across successive releases to incorporate denser production and elements from folk and experimental music within the independent underground scene.
