Benny Bailey

Benny Bailey was an American jazz trumpeter from Cleveland, Ohio, whose professional career began in the 1940s. His playing, rooted in bebop and hard bop traditions with a bright, direct tone, evolved through extensive work in European post-war jazz scenes from the 1950s onwards, recording and performing as both a sideman and bandleader.
