The African Brothers
The African Brothers are a Jamaican vocal harmony group formed in Kingston in the late 1960s, associated with ska, rocksteady and reggae traditions. Their music blended close vocal harmonies with roots-reggae rhythms and socially conscious lyrics, and they were active within Jamaica's sound-system and roots movement during the 1970s.
