János Fürst

János Fürst was a Hungarian-born violinist and conductor who began his career in the mid-20th century after training in Budapest and subsequently built a professional life across several European musical centres within the classical tradition. He shifted from violin performance into conducting, working with orchestral and chamber repertoire and participating in the evolving post-war European classical scene through both performance and leadership roles.
