The Newberry Consort

The Newberry Consort are an American early-music ensemble based in Chicago and associated with the Newberry Library, formed to perform and research medieval, Renaissance and Baroque repertoire. They specialise in historically informed performance, using period instruments and research-based practices to present liturgical and secular music from the medieval through the Baroque eras.
