Playing for Change

Playing for Change is an American multimedia music project formed in 2002 that records and films musicians from diverse locations to produce collaborative performances rooted in folk, blues and world music. It assembles remote performances into single recordings and videos that blend traditional and contemporary styles, and the associated organisation supports music education and cross-cultural exchange through touring, releases and charitable programmes.
