Curtis Knight

Curtis Knight was an American R&B and soul singer and bandleader who began his career in the 1950s and led a vocal group in New York during the early to mid-1960s. His recordings blended rhythm and blues, soul and early rock influences, and his mid-1960s output and collaborations reflected and contributed to the cross-pollination between R&B and the emerging rock scene in the city.
