Louis Glass

Louis Glass was a Danish composer born in Copenhagen in 1864 who began composing in the late 19th century within the classical, late-Romantic tradition. His music features rich late-Romantic harmonies and orchestral and chamber textures influenced by German and French models, and he produced a body of symphonic and chamber works that contributed to Danish musical life in the early 20th century.
