Werner Lüdi

Werner Lüdi was a Swiss saxophonist and clarinettist who began his career in Zurich in the 1960s and worked primarily within jazz and free-improvisation contexts. His work moved between composed pieces and free improvisation, aligning with the European avant-garde and free-jazz movements and engaging with experimental timbres, extended techniques and collaborative ensemble formats.
