Camilla Wicks was an American classical violinist from Long Beach, California, who began performing publicly as a child prodigy in the 1930s and established a solo career in orchestral and recital repertoire. Her repertoire and musical approach encompassed both nineteenth-century concertos and twentieth-century works, and she later combined performance with teaching while championing lesser-known contemporary composers.
