Tetsu Inoue

Tetsu Inoue is a Japanese electronic musician who began releasing ambient and experimental electronic music in the early 1990s. His work is characterised by subtle, textural soundscapes, the use of field recordings and minimalist structures, and it was part of a wider international ambient and electronica scene during that decade.
