Frank Bretschneider

Frank Bretschneider is a German electronic musician and sound artist from Karl-Marx-Stadt (now Chemnitz) who began releasing work in the 1990s within minimal, glitch and microsound traditions. His work emphasises reduction, precise rhythmic patterns and sine-wave textures, evolving from techno- and industrial-related contexts into abstract, minimal electroacoustic compositions associated with the Raster-Noton scene and contemporary experimental music circles.
