Gloc-9 is a Filipino rapper from Binangonan, Rizal, who began his career in the early 1990s within the Manila hip hop scene and is associated with Pinoy hip hop and rap. His rapid-fire delivery and lyrics address social issues, and his work moved from street-oriented themes to broader social commentary within Filipino popular music.
