Bart van Oort

Bart van Oort is a Dutch classical pianist and fortepianist from the Netherlands who began his professional career in the late 20th century specialising in historically informed performances of Classical-era repertoire. He focuses on period-instrument interpretation, concentrating on fortepiano renditions of Mozart, Haydn and Beethoven and combining performance, recordings and teaching to promote historically informed approaches to Classical repertoire.
