Myriam Rignol

Myriam Rignol is a French viola da gamba player specialising in early and Baroque music, who trained in historically informed performance and began her professional career in the early 21st century. She performs as a soloist and with period-instrument ensembles, focusing on repertoire from the Renaissance and Baroque periods and exploring improvisation, ornamentation and historical performance practices within the early-music community.
