Gillian Knight

Gillian Knight is an English operatic mezzo-soprano and contralto who established her career on the British stage in the mid-20th century, performing in both opera and operetta. Particularly associated with roles in the Savoy operas, she also performed a wide operatic repertoire with major British companies, contributing to the performance tradition of British light opera and standard operatic works.
