Yaron Deutsch

Yaron Deutsch is an Israeli guitarist and founder of the ensemble Nikel who emerged on the international contemporary-music scene in the early 2000s, specialising in contemporary classical and experimental repertoire. His work focuses on commissioning and premiering new compositions, often employing extended techniques and electronics, and he has combined performance with curatorial and educational activities within the contemporary-music community.
