Simon Scott

Simon Scott is an English musician who began his career as a drummer in the shoegaze scene in the early 1990s before establishing a solo career in ambient and electronic music. His work has evolved from guitar-based shoegaze rhythms to atmospheric, textured instrumental compositions that emphasise field recordings, modular synthesis and minimalist structures, bridging shoegaze-derived ambience with contemporary ambient and electronic practices.
