José Miguel Moreno

José Miguel Moreno is a Spanish specialist in historical plucked-string instruments who began his performing and recording career in the late 20th century within the classical and early-music traditions. Specialising in instruments such as the vihuela, baroque guitar and lute, he has focused on historically informed performance and the exploration of Iberian Renaissance and Baroque repertoire through solo and ensemble projects and recordings.
