Symphony No. 1 in G minor, Op. 13 'Winter Reveries' is the first symphony by Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, composed between 1866 and 1868 and premiered in 1868. An early Romantic orchestral work, it features lyrical melodies, colourful orchestration and episodic thematic development, serving as an early statement of Tchaikovsky's symphonic voice that foreshadows his later works.
